I've been attending classes 5-6 times per week for the past 6 months and it's unbelievable how much strength I've gained and how little pain my body is in now. The classes are tough depending on the instructor but I never leave super exhausted like I would if I did a weightlifting or cardio workout. If you are experiencing any body pain I would highly recommend giving Pilates a chance.

This is a wonderful studio. Alana is a great instructor and is always willing to help the participants become the best practitioners of Pilates as they can be. Even though she pushes us her primary goal is that we learn proper technique and form. She truly Is a master teacher!

I’ve never been much on gyms however, I love Braden River Club Pilates. I have been a member for several years now. The facility is very nice and the instructors are phenomenal. I love my instructors, they are all well trained, challenging, professional and encouraging.The girls at the front desk are super sweet and friendly as well.
