These folks were great when I thought my dog had gotten mixed up with a cane toad.
I can't say enough good things about them. It's so nice to know we have that hospital here in Bradenton. Special shout out to Jaydn, who made a terrifying experience so much easier to deal with.
Very slow service. They do not communicate well. Was there over an hour and half, no one in the waiting room. This was for a simple UTI. Extremely slow. Staff seems clueless. They took my dog in the back and did things for costs without getting approval prior for more money.
UPDATE: since this visit I learned that the UTI was actually prostate Cancer. I went in this evening because my beautiful boy was in distress. Even though there wasn’t much they could do for him and they were not very happy with my last review, the doctor was still very kind and empathetic to my situation. She gave me advice and told me what I needed to do to make him comfortable.... read full review
My 16-year-old cat was quite sick and lethargic and my regular vet was not available. My vet suggested I take my girl here and they got us right in. They were so kind and upfront with me. They gave us several medications and recommended additional testing and let me know that they could do the testing but my regular vet could probably do it for less if they could see he within a few days. My cat improved very much with what they gave her and I was so surprised that they called not once but twice to follow up and check on her. I highly recommend taking your pet here if your regular vet is not available. They are very special care providers.
