Took our Biewer Terrier there on April 28. The care she received and communication my wife and I received were EXCELLENT. The techs and Dr. Kercher were great. I know emergency pet treatment can be expensive, but we were told and kept apprised of options and costs throughout the visit. In the end, the diagnosis appears to have been correct and Lily has gotten better and is back to her yorkie-like self.
Very compassionate staff. My Lulu (dog) ingested something harmful to her. She was at her worse and we were beyond worried. So I called around most places wouldn’t take her. I called them and they instructed us to bring her right over. She was examined and treated in a timely manner. She had to stay overnight but they called with updates and communicated very well. Thank you
Took our 7 year old dog in for stitches after an exchange at the dog park on a Friday night. We arrived around 830-9pm. We were taken to a room directly and handled in priority order, a few more emergent cases came in, which we were ok with. They explained everything and provided an estimate. They came in under their estimate and we took our dog home around 5-6 hours later. Dr. Kercher was good and attentive. Our dog did bleed more than we would have liked over the next few days but we followed up with our vet when we got home and they said everything looked right on track for healing. Our vet did not make any changes to the post op plans the ER vet had laid out.
