On Christmas night upon returning home after a very long day at my mom's, celebrating the holiday, my Beagle (at 14 years old) decided she would attack the automatic, dog food feeder that we purchased a few months ago. Upon impact of hitting the ground, it cracked open and she decided to eat almost every kernel of food that was in there :( she ended up with severe stomach bloat, and we were scared to death! after calling two other ER vet offices in our area. I cannot thank the staff enough. My Charlie was terminally ill and took a sudden downhill turn. The staff handled this horribly sad situation with such kindness, thoughtfulness, and caring environment. We are out of town and wanted to take our Charlie home. They called the crematorium and they expedited the process Then when I picked Charlie up he was in a beautiful wooden box, which was in a velvet bag with a certificate and sympathy book I cannot say enough about my experience Thank you so much!! Also there charges for these services were reasonable as well I have used Emergency vet places before and they want your money just signing in This place did not do this!

The team was super compassionate and caring. Provided thorough and ongoing support and information throughout the two day ordeal. I’m fortunate to have had them nearby on a late Saturday night!
