I've been a customers for Americas Best for many years now! I have never had a problem until my recent visit on Aug 27. Long story short the lab they are using had several different issues , However thank God for a sweet girl named Jessica who wasnt aware of how many issues ive had with this recent visit, and she went above and beyond to make sure not only to received them, but also refunded my money for all the issues that occur and allowed me to pick a different pair.THANK YOU SO MUCH BEAUTIFUL!!!!! GOD BLESS YOU JESSICA.

Just have to say how kind and helpful the ladies working here are. Esme and Angelica, who were kind enough to spend some time fixing my mother’s glasses to Sarah, who was very nice and knowledgeable when she helped me order glasses. Very professional and highly recommended!
Esmerelda has the best customer service, and extreme knowledge! She shows the utmost professionalism with a caring heart. We could not have been more pleased with our experience getting new progressive glasses for the first time. It was the best experience ever and we will be telling our friends and family
