Late Friday when we were getting warm air through our AC, we called to report the problem. Our call was promptly returned and David was sent within a couple of hours. He is outstanding at his job. He found and fixed the problem in less than an hour. David is one of the best we have ever had at repair work.
We are so happy! I was already preparing to get a hotel room until our air could be fixed. We were pleasantly surprised by every aspect of the customer service - speed and efficiency are appreciated, but hard to find.
Everyone has been so helpful. I had a issue. Where w the ac and they showed up that day to look at it. Techs are respectful of my house when entering. Always get a speedy reasons from the office when calling. Great team they have.
Customer of AAC&R for ten years now, because of their integrity and awesome service. Recently I had a significant A/C and mold issue (due to my negligence in maintenance) and Tom & Becky immediately returned my call, provided a detailed estimate, and got me on the schedule. The crew, led by Shawn, showed up on time and diligently worked, explaining what they were doing and showed what was being fixed. When finished, they meticulously cleaned the work area and left it better than when they arrived. And the final bill was less than the estimate!
