As a service tech for 40 years plus, I know how difficult intermittent problems are, the 1st call was no issue found, but finally figured out the issue and was able to repair same day, no thanks to Carrier, but Kudos to Aire Serv.

I cannot say enough good things about Rachel and her company, Aire Serv! Thank you for coming out and checking out my system. I was having a problem with the upstairs being significantly warmer than the downstairs. Two other HVAC contractors said that heat rises. Really? Ryan and Ed from Aire Serv found…wait for it…NO INSULATION IN THE ATTIC!!! That’s why it has been hot AF upstairs. They have a client for life!
