Acupuncture and Integrative Healthcare, LLC is professional, personable, and very capable. Patients report significant relief from severe conditions like sciatica and restless leg syndrome, often after the first visit. The care accomplishes more than other treatments did over a long time. Patients now have regular maintenance visits to keep conditions under control. The practice receives the highest recommendation, with patients noting that healing takes time and begins within the first few visits.
DR. WAYS is professional, personable , and very capable. As a last resort I tried Acupuncture. In 1 1visit she did more for me than 3 or 4 M.D.'S did in 4 years. I have 2 severe conditions (sciatica and restless leg syndrome) which together made sleep almost impossible. slept 8 hrs after 1st visit, and now have maintenance visits to control conditions. Dr. Ways is a Rock Star, could not give a higher recommendation.

As a last resort, I took a chance on Acupuncture to resolve 2 medical conditions (sciatica and Restless leg syndrome) that were uncontrollable by any meds I was prescribed. Dr Ways did more in 1 visit , than what had been accomplished for a very long time. I now have regular maintenance visits to keep them under control. I have been a patient of Dr. Fritz for several years and she has helped me with a variety of complaints. Dr. Fritz is accepting of my Vegetarian lifestyle unlike some Western physicians. She has treated my allergies and sleep issues with herbal supplements and tinctures which is consonant with my aversion to chemical drugs. Her thoughtful demeanor is reassuring and I always feel better after my consultation and treatment.
