I woke this morning with a heavy heart. But was compelled to write this review. A few months ago, my cat Nala was diagnosed with inoperable cancer/tumor on her bladder. It was deemed inoperable due to her age. She's 18 years old and as a pet owner. The best of the best one could ask for. Not happy with this diagnosis, I called West Ave Animal Hospital and scheduled a "second" opinion. From the first phone to the actual visit. This place is a first class operation. I'm so so glad that this place exists with its staff. After many, many more check ups a decision was made to put her down. Obviously not an easy decision. Now with Covid increasing, what were my options? Wait, Dr. Posner is willing to do a house call so Nala would not be stressed. Wow! In the face of Covid, is he really doing house calls? Yes... He came to my residence last night to end Nala's pain. Thank you to the entire Staff. You guys have been great.
