“I have been a patient here for many years . When recently looking to make an appointment I saw all the negative reviews and almost started looking for a new provider. Both the caregivers I usually see have left. I decided to go a head with the appointment. I was put with Dr. Torres and her assistant. From the beginning of the process starting with making the appointment, signing in, getting treatment, and checking out making my follow-ups. All things considered it went very smoothly. Unfortunately I have to get alot of medical care due to a serious accident and I see more than my share of nonsense . I found this experience to be relatively manageable, and everyone I came in contact with was extremely professional, compassionate, and really concerned with me as a patient.“
