I was doing Lyft last night and picked up my passengers from the fair grounds and ended up blowing out my tire from a nail due to the construction going on. Thankfully for me, my tire blew right at the light near the Shell gas station on Southern Blvd. I googled, “tire changers near me” and saw Tri County RoadRunner. The Google search said that they were 24 hours, but let’s be real, how often is a business truly 24 hours? It was 11:34 pm. I took a risk and called and spoke to most wonderful dispatcher, their tire yard was two blocks down and the wait was literally 45 minutes. I woke up to a flat tire n a car without a spare. Found Tri County Road Runner. The serviceman, Jamel, was here within 30 minutes of initial call, and 10 minutes later had me back on the road. The price was well within means. I would not hesitate to call again if the need should rise. 5 stars indeed!

Jamael is passionate about helping others!! You can hear it in his voice when you call him seeking his mobile service. He is responsive, professional, respectful and on time, not to mention his fees are reasonable too. ROCK on Jamael!!!
