What can you say about a business that fixes your problem in a minute and doesn't charge a thing? I brought my laptop in because the screen went black. I thought I needed a new screen. Jacques said he has a quick way to check, he connected my laptop to his PC screen, and right away he told me the problem was just a loose power connection, so pushing the connector all the way in fixed the problem. These TCTS guys deserve the good Karma award, and if you ever have a problem you can't diagnose I recommend you trust your system to them. Five Stars!

I had a broken hinge on my work laptop that I needed to get fixed outside my company. They were very clear on setting my expectations for the repair and timeline and even provided the worst case scenario. They were very transparent on pricing and what could change once the machine was opened. They provide excellent service and communication.
They were able to complete the repair sooner than expected and its quality work. I would definitely come back in the future or consider to buy something here.
