Megan is the stylist for my son and I. When we come in she greets us with a smile and makes us feel like very comfortable and she gives us amazing service. We get so many compliments after we have had our hair cut by her.
I had just had a botched haircut 2 days prior somewhere else, and needed it fixed asap! I called this location at 6:45 pm on a Saturday and spoke to Megan. She went above and beyond my expectations!!! Megan, Thank you for doing what you do!!! One happy customer!!! ?
While the owners are horrible and lucky to have an Easter at all, this is why there’s a high turnover ratio, at least grateful to have Megan for now putting down the fort I have one on for hours and hour and hours for bad customer service. I feel sad for these, ladies and. Gentlemen. Because the owner cheap and understaffs the customers suffer and don’t come backYou see it all the time they just blame all it’s slow it’s not slow to slow because of bad staffing.
