I went to a mat class with a friend and was instantly hooked! Miko is such a gifted soul !!! I have NEVER stuck with an exercise regime and now I can't wait to go to this studio !!! Every instructor is so very talented and they really strive to help each and every one in each class!! I will be going for life!
Great studio! Classes are at convenient times and instructors are great. I look forward to my classes every week. Apparatus with Holly and Strength Pilates with Christian are my favorite!
LOVE this Studio!! Just did Miko’s class for the second time this week and loved it. Holly, Cristina, , Justin & Christian are all incredible.Between the 4 of them they cover every type of class you could want. Great vibe,, welcoming studio, highly accommodating and very skilled instructors.The Studio has changed my life.
