I recently went to prima Donna hair, where Margarita did my hair. I was a dark blonde with highlights and I wanted to go all blond. she told me she may not be able to get it as light as I wanted but would try. I was not prepared to be sent home with orange roots. my appointment was at 1 pm and she sent me out at 3 said she didn't have the product or the time to finish. Her add is listed on Groupon and she asked me not to purchase from Groupon that she would honor, and she did. I was scared to go back for further damage to my hair. I really wish she just told me she couldn't do my hair since it was fine the way it was.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD IN A "SALON" EVER! I was excited to get my hair done and I've been waiting a few months going back and forth on what I wanted. Finally I decided and showed her the picture of that I wanted (the last picture) she suggested something completely different. Right away that threw me off but she suggested just a few highlights. My hair looked like picture 5. She explained to me that she was going to do the bottom layer a single blonde and have the top layer highlights, to me that is only two layers.
