We had ongoing issues with our units and had a few different companies come and try to sell us new ones or just put a Band-Aid on it and the problem continued. Finally we were referred to Ocean Air and they came out and we’re honest and told us exactly what was needed. They told us our units were in good condition and the coils just needed a good cleaning along with some other work. They were finished within a few hours and very reasonable with the charges and the unit has been running like new ever since! Nice to see there’s still some honest companies out there that want to help the consumer and we will be forever loyal to them from here on out. Travis
This is definitely a highly qualified and skilled company to do business with. Rather than most companies trying to sell you a brand new unit. They fixed my 17 year old unit and gave it life again. I may have to replace it one day soon but the work goes here. 10 stars in my book.
I called Ocean Air & residential LLC & from start to finish they provided very professional service, were in communication, timely & affordable (even when it was an emergency call). 10/10 service I HIGHLY recommend them.
