breakins continues to happen,
front gate breaks all the time,
security cameras don’t capture license plats,
gym is so tiny

Houses are so close together, you might as well live in an apartment complex. Neighbors are loud, nosy, rude and have zero regard for privacy or noise. People constantly illegally park in the street, when they should be utilizing their garage. But, Hoarders would rather pack junk in their garages than use them for the actual purpose of storing vehicles.

Nautica is a nice place. It would be nicer if they fired the board members who does not do their job. Look for example, the basketball court looks like trash. the nets and the rim are broken. I ask eveyone in their, they have the same complaint.
