We hired Jemstone Construction for a full renovation of our new condo. It was torn apart and re built. Mike and his team are very knowledgeable and professional. Renovations in a condo building have challenges which Mike handled skillfully. He has a steady demeanor and is very patient which makes communicating painless. Any issues that arose were resolved. The quality of work is excellent from the tile installation and plumbing to the woodwork and carpentry to the electric and lighting. After a health issue delayed the initial, agreed-upon start date, Jemstone Construction could not have been more understanding and put my project on hold for many months. When I was finally able to start the Jack and Jill bathroom remodel, Mike and his team were on time and professional. I was so impressed, that I added on to my project and I could not be more pleased. The projects were completed in a timely manner, even with my ‘add-ons’ and at a very fair price. Inspections were passed with flying colors and the quality of work is excellent.Services: Drywall installation
