He also makes sure the air conditioners are working properly. If any repairs are needed, he advises me, and then he either repairs the problem himself or hires a contractor. If the latter, he meets them at the house and ensures that the work is done correctly. I have complete confidence in Jose and know that all work will be very well done.

When I bought the house, it needed extensive work. Jose took charge, hiring contractors and doing part of the work himself. Wallpaper was stripped in six rooms, holes in walls were patched, and in the second year, the built in office shelving was removed and the flooring was laid in the exposed areas. The entire house was painted under his guidance. The result is a beautiful house; people would never have any idea what it used to look like. When the primary bathroom was remodeled, Jose was the key player. He met with the designer, found the contractor and supervised the work, ensuring that everything was done properly. The result is beautiful.

I rent the house out in the winter, and Jose deserves full credit for getting the house into rentable condition before the renters arrived the first year. He personally did an extensive amount of work.

Jose also takes care of my car while I am gone, driving it weekly and ensuring it is in good condition.
