DDP Air duct cleaning and Dryer vent cleaning of Baynton Beach FL

I called to have service to my air conditioning unit as it stopped working. The technician diagnosed the problem and called to tell me that I had a leak and it would be $575 to fix the problem. He could not go up on the roof, he said he was too big to fit through the opening to the roof. He told me that he would have his colleague go up there once I agreed to them doing the repair. I asked him to check the date that the unit was installed and he said he checked and the unit was only 4 years old. Under any circumstances DO NOT CALL this company if you are in need of service. We chose them when we saw their ad in The Yellow Pages saying they offered free service call with any repair. Their motto is "Why Direct Air? Because We Care!" Well frankly they don't. Not even enough to call and say they were not coming after speaking with them twice during the day. We had to call them at 5 pm, which was at the back of the time window which they gave us only to find out they're not coming!! So 1. A day wasted waiting for these bozos to come. 2. I selected Direct Air to completely replace two A/C units (compressors and air handlers) in my home. The sales guy was very personable and seemingly knowledgable. Their price was on par with other quotes I'd received and work was scheduled and executed quickly. Sadly, I volunteered to remove the hedges surrounding the pad where the compressors sit in order to make the installation easier; however, the workers paid no regard to the crack-snap-popping sounds under their feet and they crushed the lines to four of my sprinkler zones.
