Come to new management is good and great
I went to pick up my clothes that my cousin Francoise dropped off for me. It was 18 pieces and heavy to carry. The two employees that were sitting behind the desk watched me struggle to carry the clothes (18 hangers) with my purse to the point of tripping on the bags. They just sat there and not even offered to help. Keep in mind there was no other customer in the store. It might be cheaper there than my usual cleaner but I rather pay a little extra for customer service and courtesy. First time and last time.
