This is the calm in the storm of life. They are kind and helpful and have different classes that stay true to their mission. I highly recommend them for their integrity and great yoga classes.

This yoga studio is top notch. The Hatha yoga with Christine and various yoga sessions with Josh are a 10+ . They are both extremely knowledgeable in their craft and make it easy to follow along. The studio itself is very clean and the yoga room sets the tone for a peaceful yoga environment. Best yoga studio I have been to.
