Found Chakra Challenge mesmerizing on my very first visit! The place has a crisp and clean aura. I felt refreshing and energized being in there.The facility has various specialized rooms individually aligned to various Spiritual activities - Yoga, Healing through hypnosis, for meditation, for Spiritual Coaching as well.The main room is a beautiful wooden floor with incredible lights that dim and brighten according to the activity and also has full wall mirror.The entrance has a welcoming staff member to receive you. I usually do the chakra challenge class most Saturday mornings. It is something I look forward to every week. Not only is the class itself great in terms of the varied types of yoga in each class, I find Josh's spiritual words empowering. The studio is very clean and the staff is friendly.

I came across Chakra Challenge a month ago and was immediately drawn to it. I don’t believe it was an accident… I was spiritually led here. The studio is beautiful and calming and the owners bring so much love and healing to the space. I have taken 2 Chakra yoga classes with Josh which we’re amazing. I also took a Breathworx group class which was so transformational that I decided to work personally with the teacher, Caron, with reflexology and reiki. She is a true spiritual master.This is a very special yoga studio that I would highly recommend!
