I give this urgent care a 10!! Never a long wait. The entire staff is welcoming, efficent and friendly. I tell them I wish they could be my primary doctor ☺️. I always feel cared for and listened to when I am there.
The PA was outstanding! So caring, kind and understanding, she patiently answered all our questions and concerns. She even sat on the floor to treat my husbands leg since he couldn't get up on the raised chair. We loved her!!!!
I came into the office and there was a long wait. The woman behind the desk happily scheduled me an appointment later in the day so I wouldn’t have a long wait. When I came back, I was seen right away and my needs were taken care of quickly. Very friendly staff.
