John was the best prompt helped me with my tire and got me a new valve stem when it blew and got me on me way. Smart ,friendly and upbeat and keeper me informed through the process thank you so much.
Stephanie responded to a towing need after I wanted 3 hours for AAA to tell me it would be another 4 hours before their provider would arrive . I’ve been a AAA member for over 30 years and only used them for towing my car. They don’t contract with enough providers, Hence the members are the victims of compromise level of service that they profess to have. Don’t join AAA is my message; it’s not worth it I send a thank you to Stephanie and Beck‘s towing and recovery company in Boynton Beach for being so responsive and providing excellent service. Twice i have issues with my Prius Hybrid makes for. complications especially with car in garage Both times Becks showed up quickly and made extra effort to get car on truck and to repair. Will use whenever needed. Polite helpful and promptService: Car towing
