Went with my daughter last night when her cat was having trouble using his back legs They were absolutely awesome. The staff and Dr were very compassionate and thorough Answered all questions, explained in detail I'm a GM for petco for many years now and have seen a lot of vets through the years. The care and compassion were off the charts. The nurse even clipped Benjamin's nails (without us asking!) when he was getting his X-ray (He's a big boy and extremely hard for my daughter to do unless she has help) In an emergency situation, this will be my go to place!!
They were very responsive and caring. I had to bring my dog in for emergency treatment and then had to euthanize him. I stayed with him the entire time while they were running tests etc. The Dr and staff were very patient and kind. They helped me through an awful and unexpected time .
Last night our dog had to be rushed to the ER due to extensive vomiting, hard breathing, and inability to walk. When we arrived I went in to let them know he can't/wont walk and need a stretcher bc he's 98lbs and thick, he's a bully. Immediately Eddy came out like Superman and CARRIED him right in to see the doctor. After running test and was given medication (which was immediately which I appreciated a lot bc he was in a lot of stomach pain/discomfort to the point he was shaking) we were able to take him home. They were thorough, calming, reassuring, kind, affordable considering it's an ER vet, etc....They were spotless with a free coffee and snack station. They even refunded us $100 for a procedure the vet thought she'd need to do but ended up not needing to. Very impressed and highly recommended. Thank you everyone at VEG who helped my baby feel better!
