Service service service!!! It is so difficult to find an honest, reliable, and competent company. Look no further All Time AC is all that and so much more. We had a new air conditioner installed and the technicians, Jamahl and Tony answered all questions asked. They were friendly, knowledgeable and neat. They took care even while lifting the new AC up our narrow stairway to the second floor closet. They used drop cloths to protect the area and made sure to clean up when they were finished. Great company. Called and they arrived within two hours. The service call cost way less than what I’ve paid in the past for other companies. The technician they sent out, Jordan Henry, was amazing. Nicest guy and very pleasant. He definitely knew his stuff and explained everything that was going on. I felt that he was honest and wasn’t trying to upsell me or anything, which is very important. He was able to diagnose the problem and have the AC up and running within an hour or so. Would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.
