I had an excellent experience with Elevate Home Service. I was using Whaley’s A/C, however they merged and from my initial call this morning until they completed the service call today I was treated with professionalism. This was my first time using Elevate, but it will not be the last. They’re the best hvac company that I’ve ever used.
A continuation of the fine service that represented Whaley for years: thorough, friendly, and reasonable. In repairing my a/c and furnace they checked everything. Highly recommended.
Technician was very knowledgeable and polite. He shared with me the results of the inspection he made with photos and then gave recommendations. I was very pleased with the Technician and his work and feel my A/C is ready for the long hot summer.
