Ash the rep is a sweet heart and very friendly, as well as, the tech Derek, he treated my house the first time with nontoxic stuff due to having a kitten and he goes above and beyond to treat any rodent that coming into the house.
Have used TN for 20 years and they do a good job keeping my home bug-free. There have been issues but a wooden house surrounded by lush landscaping invites guests. Joel has treated our home so efficiently that the issue has subsided. He understands our concerns and works hard to alleviate problem areas.
