The Construction Managers built the space for my bridge club. What a FABULOUS experience. I had! They had a VERY short time-frame to work with, had to demolish 3 spaces and make it into one, and rebuild everything from the ground up.John Varsames was sent from Heaven! What a gift. He is SO organized. He updated me daily, had a list of things that needed to be done from my end every day, coordinated all the subs and any meetings, and accomplished his "list" every day! TCM-The Construction Managers- were profession- prompt- knowledgeable- fastidious on details- proactive- owners involved in process and relationship building- accessed best subcontractors - painters- granite - electricians etc. Jerry is awesome - so particular about every detail and very communicative. We used The Construction Managers to renovate the kitchen in our new home. John went above and beyond to accommodate the existing layout and get the optimal storage space for us to use. Truly an outstanding, professional individual to work with. Thanks, John
