The man who changed out my gas dryer showed up on time was quick and very knowledgeable. Also was very courteous. A little pricey but you get what you pay for. I was very satisfied.
a/c quit working, dave was out within a couple hours, did a quick and accurate diagnosis and presented a very fair price. hayden then came with parts within a reasonable time and has me chillin again. thanks guys, excellent service. highly recomended
Eric Nowaczenki was the consummate professional. He was patient and thorough to explain the situation and my options. His work was timely and well done. I highly recommend Erik and want to give a shout out to Diane, Tia, and Josh who took care of me on the phone. Also… thank you boss man Jim (I think) for working out the hiccups with the resolve the warranty replacement details with the OEM. You guys took care of me.
