These people are very kind. My mom has been using them for years and when she had to put her last dog down, I went with her, and they were so kind and compassionate. Recently I had to get my dog checked out because his anal glands needed to be expressed, and I don't like bringing him to places like this because he has had really upsetting experiences with both groomers and vets, but the staff was super sweet and made him feel comfortable! Dr. Monk and the entire staff at Newport are incredibly helpful, kind and professional. This was our first visit! We have two little house rabbits that we adopted from the rescue, and house rabbits need to be cared for by an "exotics vet" who has special expertise in caring for bunnies. They can be hard to find. Newport treats all kinds of pets, including bunnies. When I called and spoke with the receptionist, he was incredibly attentive to our situation and asked me several questions to triage what was happening with our little bunny Bailee. Easy to get an appointment. Very accommodating to my schedule. The vet is very professional and spends a good amount of time with my dog. The staff are very friendly and professional. The environment is always SUPER clean! Thank you for treating my dog, Bruno, so well.
