Hired Milbar after a storm damaged our roof and gutters. They did a fabulous job from start to finish. ******** (Project Manager) was very knowledgeable and explained everything so that we could understand the process. We are 65 + and have never had to go through this process before. She made it as painless as possible by dealing with the insurance directly and making sure that they paid for everything that was covered. We recommended her to many neighbors and Milbar did not disappoint. We paid NOTHING up front and paid only after the work was completed and we were satisfied. THAT is the way to do business. Great job
MilBar Construction & Roofing was spectacular with their performance. Jennifer's knowledge of roofing codes and requirements is exceptional and her knowledge of insurance estimating, procedures and requirements was exceptional. I was on vacation outside the United States for 5 weeks and come home and the work was complete and perfect.
We hired Milbar mostly on the reliance of ****************** who came out, presented their quote, and promised to smooth over any and all issues. We were not disappointed. ******** was there for us every inch of the way, frequently answering questions or taking calls after hours. She worked with our insurance and got them to pay for things they did not originally accept. She took care of things when we were out of town. She really could not have done more.
