One year later and you’re asking how it went?? What a joke, terrible company…lie about everything from cost, every accessory was more the first quote, to when they’ll start and finish and everything in between. Shabby painting, a couple of guys they picked up at a Publix’s parking lot, cheap products from garbage disposal to supposed quiet closed hinges on the kitchen cabinet doors and pull out draws. Never returned to do a punch ticket…stay away, far, far away!!!

Kitchen Solvers completed two remodeling projects in my house. We had minor issues after the first project which they seemed willing to correct but nearly 1.5 years later we cannot get them to return our calls. They started the second project before getting the issues resolved from the first project so we had already started before realizing they would not honor their promise. We were told that some items were in backorder but 1.5 years later we have not received the material. We cannot get a response to emails or return calls. We have been involved with Kitchen Solvers/ Bonita Springs since 2021 contracting with them to plan and carry out a renovation. Originally scheduled for a simple tear-out and replace of our dated kitchen and powder room, our first of October start was delayed for a couple of weeks due to hurricane damage to our home. Now as we are about to enter the SEVENTH month of the project, there is very little actual progress to show for the time we have been displaced from our home; drywall has been repaired, and a partial cabinet installation has been carried out.
