Awesome salon and staff!!! I have been going to Dawn (owner) for years now and she has never disappointed me!! I was there yesterday afternoon for color, highlight and cut. Love it all!!! Great job! Despite Dawn being short handed that day she still put out the effort, professionalism and great attitude along with accommodating her appointments and as many walk ins that she could. I loveee this salon, I've been coming here since I was about 8, now 32! It is family owned and everyone there is so cool and laid back, they are so fun too!! I will continue to let Jean the owner work magic on my crazy hair!
Before I made my appointment I looked at the reviews of all the nearby barbers and Jags had the best reviews. They were right on time with my appointment and Dan asked several important questions before he began to cut. I appreciated his clarification on the length I wanted and the type of cut on my neck, sideburns and front. He did a very professional job, and he was very friendly (not too talkative). Jags and Dan were very conscientious about COVID protocols and I was very happy to have this professional courtesy.
