It's great experience be part of Coast dental. From the first day I made the call for an appointment I received great customer service. The care from the hygienist it's wonderful she explain to me step by set every procedure she's going to make, I really like her experience and care on every procedure she make. The dentist who take care me he is wonderful gentle and knowledgeable. During my procedure I feel comfortable with him because he explained to me every step by step on the procedure and make me feel comfortable during all the process. First patient in the new beautiful office! After a few hiccups and alot of patience, we got through my appt. So glad to be able to get back to my dental maintenance. Will continue with my treatments...thank you!

No dentist was on on-site. One called in remotely. I've never experienced this before. Took an hour to be seen, and an additional 2 hours for routine cleaning and x-rays. I went because fillings have fallen out. They made sure to call me every day to pay my bill, but never once called me to address the reason I went in the first place.
