Brett was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is easy going, paid attention to what we were looking for, and only showed us properties that met all, or most, of our needs. We are seasonal owners and could not always be available to deal with minor on-site issues. Brett went out of his way to represent us and took care of some of the things we couldn’t be there for. He also gave us great recommendations for contractors, services, and products. We are very grateful to him for helping us out. He is an excellent agent and an even better person. There’s nothing about Brett that is ordinary - he’s definitely extraordinary when it comes to real estate. From the preciseness of initial findings of the perfect property, showings and detailed reports of the property, and finally, to the specifics of the closing, Brett goes out of his way to make the process seamless and without complications. He even emails you specific and individual calendar events for the sale/closing of the real estate so nothing is missed. If you’re looking for real estate in the Bonita Springs, Naples, Estero, or Fort Myers area, I highly recommend Brett!
