Stopped by on a whim and was very impressed by John Huntsinger's knowledge and willingness to help. He showed me lots of floors and explained the benefits and trade offs of the different types and brands of floor.
Steven Scott was our sale representee and he was very helpful in picking out the flooring for carpeting and luxury vinyl. Jorge was the lead installer, and his team were very professional. Leveled the stove cleaned out the dust in the back of the refrigerator. They all worked very hard and finished in one day. They put everything back the way it was when they started. I told my neighbor about Abbey Carpet & Floor and the good service, and I think they are going to get things from you.
We were very satisfied with the service that we received from Abbey Carpet & Floor Outlet. We had a problem with the first carpet we had installed and called the manager. He came out and agreed with us and said he would replace the carpet with the same carpet or we could choose a different carpet. We chose a different carpet and had it installed. There was no extra charge for the change and they did a great job. We would recommend Abbey Carpet & Floor Outlet to anyone buying new carpet.
