They have ALWAYS had wonderful service with these folks. There's alot of heating and cooling companies out there, but none that have the service that P & P has! They set the bar for repairs. When customers had issues with their heat pump, P&P called within an hour and assured a technician would be out the same day. Technicians troubleshot the unit, had the needed part, and had them back up and running in an hour. They were very up front what the issue was, how much the repair would cost. Customers are very pleased and when it comes time for a HVAC replacement P&P gets the job.
We had been without a/c this year until today, July 1st. They arrived bright and early this morning. I know it wasn't an easy job. It was an all day job. The previous owner of our house was not the brightest bulb and had installed the old system himself. Despite everything, these great guys at P&P installed our new system. Dan had been awesome in helping me to find a way to afford this. It was hot today, then it poured rain, but they never stopped (even though my service dog barked at them all day) until the job was completely done. Thank you so very much. I highly recommend them.
