The folks at P & P Heating & Cooling were awesome! I was called by the technician that he was on his way, and then I got a text. With that text, I got a picture and name of the technician. I also got a tracker to show exactly where he was while on the way to my house. I was told what they would do and how they would do it prior to beginning. The work was completed, and everything was cleaned up and put back the way that it was. The technicians were very professional and very polite. I've ALWAYS had wonderful service with these folks! There's alot of heating and cooling companies out there, but none that have the service that P & P has! It's easy to buy a heating and cooling unit; what happens when it needs repairs is what matters....these folks set the bar for that!

He is a malamute so you know how bad the hair is right now took very little time to get him in and out and the price was honestly less than what I feel, they deserved by far, just amazing experience if you have not gone please do so

Chris cleaned the carpets at Cold Steel Firearms last week and they look great! The store gets a great deal of foot (and paw) traffic so the carpets are a challenge to keep presentable. Now that we have a trusted vendor we will be able to keep them that way. Thank you Chris,
