They show up exactly when they promise, do a very thorough job that exceeds expectations, are very neat and careful inside the house and outside. In my case, windows were filthy from recent construction work on the house, but they got everything back to perfect with no extra charge.
The team arrived on time and immediately began to stage the furniture on the patio and pool area. They worked as a team, one did the windows while the other power washed the pool area and driveway. Have used Window Genie in the past and will continue t do so.
