Hello, Master Ron Tramontano here. West Boca Karate is a place of trust for parents regarding their most valuable possessions. Their children. For over thirty-seven years, parents have worked with Linda and me in many ways regarding their children. That's why today I am asking you once again to trust us with one more of your most precious possessions, your eyes. I want to introduce you to a West Boca Karate Black Belt, and his mission. ERIC D. MEDINA, MD Founder and CEO of Radiant Eyes "MY MISSION IS TO PROVIDE WORLD-CLASS CARE WITH A SMILE TO ALL MY PATIENTS" Dr. Medina was born in New York City and grew up locally in Boca Raton. He graduated Summa Cum Laude at the University of Florida with a thesis on drug development for diabetes and collected numerous honors, including Phi Beta Kappa. He then attended the University of Pennsylvania, the #2 ranked medical school in the world, graduating among the top in his class. He went on to complete his residency training at the University of South Florida in Tampa. Throughout his career, he has championed advanced cataract surgery and minimally invasive glaucoma techniques. He is a distinguished member of the Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons, the Florida Society of Ophthalmology, and the Palm Beach Ophthalmology Society. Furthering his mission, he is an active medical researcher and is currently an investigator for FDA-approved medical trials. He also is paying it forward by serving as an instructor and training the next generation of ophthalmologists. Dr. Medina is fluent in both Spanish and English. His hobbies outside surgery include world travel, photography, art, skiing, martial arts, and spending time with his family.
