They are dishonest. Find a fiduciary at another firm. These guys will make trades without your approval even in accounts they don't manage. They will invest your money in products with high expense ratios. Their investment strategy is based on what makes them the most money, not what makes you the most money. And their transaction fees are ridiculously high, although they will say they are "discounted". Stay away, they will rob you blind.

Went to a luncheon to find out if we were on track for retirement. The analyst asked how much social security we were going to receive. Then he said "you are good, you don't need more." He never even asked how much we had in savings and never offered to have us go to the office for s complete evaluation. He made a snap judgement. Do you know anyone who is having a nice retirement on social security alone? I don't. Lousy advisers. I'd go elsewhere.
