YESTERDAY FRIDAY 4/12/24 MY GARAGE DOOR WOULDN'T OPEN OF COURSE I IMMEDIATELY PANICKED AND CALLED THE DOORMAN THEY SENT OVER ANDRE, HE WAS SO KIND AND UNDERSTANDING OF MY SITUTION AND KNEW JUST WHAT TO DO, THAT MEANS ALOT IN THIS CRAZY WORLD TODAY. IN NO TIME THE DOOR WAS FIXED, HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE, NO HIDDEN COSTS EVERYTHING UP FRONT AS ALWAYS, I WANT TO SAY THANK YOU AGAIN ANDRE AND THE WHOLE TEAM AT THE DOORMAN. If you need your weather stripping replaced and doors aligned, there is no better company. Gus made our doors perfect, we had a gap on the bottom and it's gone !!! Our doors close properly, and tight.
Very responsive, quick appointment, and end result was excellent.
