Mario is a total problem-solver! I’ve gone there twice for different issues, and both times I got it for what I consider extremely reasonable prices, and always knew what time frame to expect! Definitely my new “go-to” place when dealing with technology!
Brought my computer in for slow speed. Mario quickly diagnosed the cause and by decluttering the desk top and putting in a faster hard drive my computer operates at warp speed. If you have a computer problem I strongly recommend Mario at TSP for knowledge, ease of working with, and fair costs
Let me start by saying this was by far the best customer service I’ve had in my entire life, if you’re looking for a reliable, affordable, honest and extremely knowledgeable and professional technician then you’re looking for Mario. He went the extra mile and did absolutely everything in his power to make his customer happy, again, I’m so grateful and lucky to have found Mario, he totally knows what he’s doing and he will not settle for less than perfect.
