Sophie's Nail Spa offers great service and a relaxing experience. The staff takes their time to do their job well, and provides excellent customer service. They also have a clean environment and a perfectionist attitude towards their work. However, the spa has also had an incident where a staff member made a hurtful comment to a customer. Despite this, many customers have been satisfied with their services, particularly the nail treatments and massages.
