I used to love this company. When I first started going to them a couple of years ago, the prices were great, they did a fantastic job on my dog and I recommended them to everyone. Now however, it is costing me about $80 each time I take my dog for just pretty much the basic cleaning with blowdry, not even a cut. They keep shaving her belly instead of her hiney when I ask for the sanitary trim, and she keeps coming home with knots still in her. I am so not happy with this company anymore and will probably be looking for someplace new unfortunately.
The people at Scenthound in Boca are absolutely amazing and they work with me so well as I have three English bulldogs and the whole team is just fantastic. I highly recommend them.
Truly a 5 Star Experience! Keeley is the best groomer I have had and my 5th in 2 years. She is kind and does a wonderful job. And my dog absolutely loves her! We are greeted with smiles and leaving happy!
