I was highly recommended to Dr. Jason Pozner. I had a Contour TRL laser. I was told that he is the King of face lasers and he truly is. He took his time with me during our initial consultation; which he does not charge for whether you use him or not. I asked for other procedures and he said that I did not need them and that they would not give me the look that I wanted. He undersold me. Diana Molina, a wonderful, kind and professional nurse was assigned to me and we had consultations regarding medications and the process of the procedure. She happily answered all of my questions and she made me feel extremely at ease and very well taken care of. I am in my healing process and know that my results are going to be amazing. I expected to have the procedure and then a follow up appointment 6 weeks or so later. The next day I was given an appointment to come in for a cleaning. At that time I was introduced and assigned to a very skilled and kind esthetician, Tina Roth, to take personal care of me and my investment. She makes me feel like I am her only client. I go three times a week for cleanings, check ins and updated protocols for my face as it goes through its stages of healing. Every time I walk into the office for my follow ups I feel like a celebrity and the red carpet comes out. This follow up process has over exceeded my expectations. The office is fresh, new, clean and inviting. The staff is friendly, warm and welcoming. Jason was extremely thorough with my laser; he got every inch of my skin. I trusted him completely and was not nervous one bit. I feel so lucky, grateful and blessed to have had Dr Pozner do my surgery. I went to the best in the business. I would recommend Dr. Pozner for any of the procedures that he offers; money well spent! I will be a client for life. I want to recognize these true professionals: Cindy, Rosalyn, Ashley, Jensya, and, Rachael; these are the gems that helped make my experience life changing.
