I could not be more pleased with the professionalism and willingness to make changes when my lenses were not optimal for me.They shipped me sample lenses overnight and then assisted with a rebate program. Great customer service!

Terrific service! Easy to make appointments, Optician, Dr. Hantman, is outstanding--so thorough, so caring, so patient. Ordering contacts was a bree,e. My son was also able to find just the right prescription sunglasses he was looking for. Jan, the manager, researched my son's insurance and was able to use it.

Wow! - Thank you for making what could have potentially been a complete catastrophe into a pleasureable and enjoyable experience. Thanks for making my eyes that much more healthier. I was referred to Royal Palm Optical by my colleague, Dr. Scott Meisel. I was impressed immediately by the wide selection of high end frames that the store was stocked. As I obsessed - psychotically - with orange; the Optician/Owner Mr. Jan Kirsch went the extra mile to contribute to my insanity.
