The broker-in-charge Jennifer Lee was rude & obnoxious when we called her. Rather then offer strategies & solutions to the sticking point we reached in our real estate transaction, she became extremely gruff, defensive & dismissive of us which only aggravated an already volatile situation.She accepted no responsibility for the bad behavior of the agent under her charge. Just the opposite: she defended it & shouted down any evidence to the contrary.This office stinks from the top down!!!

They withheld money from my settlement to pay my last water bill, I told them I have never been late on any payment and my credit score is perfect I wanted to pay it, but they insisted that they need to pay it. Well sure enough when I called 4 days after the due date, it was not paid. Who didn't see that coming. But they are very nice people. Later I found out that they never received the bill, so maybe the blame might needs to lay on the utility company. But the process seams convoluted to me, I think they have great intentions but something did not go right. You know even the best people make mistakes, we are all human and they are some of the nicest humans I know.
